Guest Limit

Currently, we can welcome the bride and a maximum of two guests to accompany. This is due to the space of our store and for the comfort of all bridal parties visiting our store. If you would like to bring more than the four, we can offer to book the store for you exclusively during the week, for a maximum of 6 guests. This is available Monday-Friday & comes at a charge.

No Photography

We do not allow photography in store unless you have purchased the gown. Please respect our staff and our time with you, and not choose to dismiss our requests. You are more than welcome to facetime friends and family members that cannot be with you. Please be respectful of our wishes, our personal space and workplace.

Cancellations & Rescheduling of Appointments

We understand life can be busy & your availability can change. Please provide 48 hours notice for appointment cancellations & rescheduling. No shows mean any associated appointment charges processed, will be forfeited.

Finding The 'One'

If you find your dream gown with us, we take measurements, fill in paperwork and you can take
photos at this stage. We accept all card payments in store, cash or bank transfer. We offer in store
payment plans with gown orders secured at 50% deposit. Credit cards have a 1% surcharge & Amex has a 2% surcharge.

Fake Tan

We understand all brides want to feel their best trying on gowns, for this reason make up and
jewellery are okay. Please do not wear fake tan to your appointment. Please keep in mind our gowns are luxury items, made from beautiful ivory fabrics.

Wedding Cancellations

In the unfortunate circumstance of a cancellation please see your consultant. Communication is
always the best step forward, & then we can guide you through the process & assist to the best of
our ability. In most circumstances you will need to pay the remainder on your account as per your contractual agreement & collect your gown if you haven’t previously.

Postponing Wedding Dates

If you are postponing your wedding, the only affect to your gown process is a move of the fitting date. You will need to collect your gown upon its arrival as per our standard processes. If you have collected your gown already, we will reschedule your fitting for a month before your new wedding date.

If you are having a Couture gown made in-house, we may be able to halt production, depending on what stage we are at in the process. Communication is the best way forward in any event of difficulty. This way we can look at your gown in its production schedule & apply the best solution.
